Fancy sipping on a cocktail as the sun sets with a panoramic view of London as seen from the top of a multi-storey car park?
I bet you didn’t see that coming. The viewing pleasure you can experience from the heights of a multi-storey car park is not something to be overlooked, and it seems the founder of Frank’s Rooftop Café- Frank Boxer is in agreement!
Open now until the 30th September, this rooftop bar offers not only an alluring range of cocktails, such as a daring ‘Cynar Gin Fizz’ which incorporates Gin, Cynar, Lemon, Sugar and Prosecco, or one of Frank’s own Bloody Mary’s, it also serves up some interesting cuisine to go with it. They offer different sharing platters with tasty dips, and there are some quirky concoctions such as the ‘Smoked Mackerel and Horseradish pate with Sourdough bread’, or the equally taste-bud tingling ‘Buffalo Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese crème fraiche.’
With a view to die for, and a menu that is sure to leave you wanting more, why not ditch the mainstream Brit pubs and clubs this weekend, and head down to Frank’s concrete retreat in Peckham for an unusual spin on the classic rooftop bar!
