Ever felt as though you want to step back in time to an era of classic glamour, a secret place where you can enjoy cocktails in a venue filled with twinkling candles as you dance to a live 1920’s jazz band? We thought so which is why we thought we’d let you in on a little secret- the prohibition era is back and just as undercover as it always has been thanks to The Candlelight Club. This pop-up cocktail bar holds each party in a new venue and is a fantastically quirky and original way to spend the evening.
Book in advance to reserve a small table for £65 which includes a bottle of champagne and seats 5 people or go for the larger table at £130 which includes 2 bottles of champagne and seats 10 people. The kitchen is also open all evening so that guests can order at leisure from the à la carte menu.
There is a strict dress code so make sure you throw on a flapper dress or a dapper suit if you’re a man- just think Guy’s and Doll’s and you should have it covered. This is a clandestine pop-up event so we can’t give many more details away (we’re talkin’ about a 1920’s speakeasy after all and we sure don’t want the feds breathin’ down our necks!) but make sure you check their website here for regular updates!
